Radio Controlled Toys
The radio control itself has existed since World War 2, the Luftwaffe used radio controlled winged bombs that were targeting allied ships. In the 1950’s amateur electronic engineers developed a valve based control units. The first systems had a on and off system that was used to control an object. Then the tuned reed system allowed the process to progress, this system used metal reed switches to work with the transmitted signal of the object and the remote.

In the 1990’s mini pieces of equipment became available and that allowed radio control of small models and by the year 2000 radio control toys were very popular. Technology has expanded over the years and today such toys can exist, the gas turbine aircrafts, aerobatic helicopters and even submarine toys.

The appeal of the radio controlled toy is that you get to control it. You can make them go faster, higher and do tricks like never before. Kids and adults of all ages love the concept of the radio controlled toys. There are 4 different types of radio controlled toys and they are the classic car, the boats, helicopters and airplanes and the robots. The robots are becoming bigger and bigger. Boys especially love the robots, the robots of today can do almost anything, lift things, knock things over, and the radio remote controlled robots are definitely designed with a boy in mind.
